Qualifications: BA/BS; LSW preferred or 3-5 years of experience in social services field. Seeking those with experience working with the population of families or children, supervisory skills-exceptional communication, expertise with mental health and/or chemical dependency population. He/she will supervise, evaluate and schedule the Family Services Specialists and 6-8 staff members; be required to create, maintain, and strengthen a trauma-informed environment. He/she will have to conduct monthly meetings for the FMF staff and coordinate and participate in any trainings on all mandatory topics. Will be responsible for coordination of regular on-site programming/calendar specific to the families being served.
