We are looking for qualified individual who wants to share their skills and experience with our non-profit organization.
QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS; LSW Preferred or 3-5 years experience in social service field. Seeking those with experience in working with the population of families or children. Additional experience with mental disabilities and/or alcohol/drug addictions helpful. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: To oversee the family shelter between the hours of 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. and/or 2:00 - 10:00 p.m. on weekends as a substitute. Monitoring the parents and children along with a residential assistant and a volunteer. Ability to handle crisis, perform intake interviews and provide informal support. Training available!
