Join us at the brand new Springbrook Gardens Pavilion as we hear from Kenn Kaminski, Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Mentor. We will also be supporting Lifeline and the Imagination Library Program at this meeting.
Kenn will be discussing some exciting City of Mentor recreation options for summer and beyond and will take time to answer your questions.
Topics include:
Lifeline will be on hand to talk about their programs including the Imagination Library. They will have enrollment forms and all attendees are encouraged to bring a new or gently used book.

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is a book gifting program that mails free, high-quality books to children from birth until they begin school, no matter their family’s income.
Kenn will be discussing some exciting City of Mentor recreation options for summer and beyond and will take time to answer your questions.

- The all new Mentor Recreation Center offerings, programs, membership, and more
- Springbrook Gardens offerings and rentals
- Mentor Lagoons – rentals, new multi-purpose room, music at the lagoons, etc.
- Mentor Marsh –offerings
- Wildwood offerings
- Mentor Rocks
- And More!!!

The Imagination Library of Ohio is starting a new chapter in early childhood literacy across Ohio. Through the partnership with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, Ohio is working to send every child in Ohio from birth to age five a new book each month. The Imagination Library of Ohio’s goal is that every kindergartener begins school with 60 books in their home. Lifeline is excited to be one of Ohio’s affiliates, working with the Imagination Library of Ohio, the Dolly Parton Imagination Library and other local affiliates to enroll Lake County’s children.
