Join us as we help support the American Cancer Society's 'Relay for Life.'  Together we can make a difference! Our office will provide a consulation, exam and x-rays if needed to all new patients.  We will also offer sports physicals.  No insurance companies will be billed! All you need to do is donate $25 cash/check to Relay For Life. (Please note-No credit cards will be accepted.) Appointments are limited...call to schedule today #440-255-1315
