Odd Job Bob Handyman Services, LLC is growing and looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our team.
We are a professional residential and commercial repair, remodeling, and maintenance company serving Lake County and the surrounding area. Our technicians perform a wide range of work including repairs, installations, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, maintenance, and light remodeling projects for homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally with clients, and enjoys solving problems in the field. Every day is different, and we are looking for someone who can work independently while delivering a high level of craftsmanship and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial repairs, maintenance, and installation work
- Diagnose issues and develop practical solutions in the field
- Complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, and office staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Accurately document work performed and project progress
Qualifications
- Experience in residential construction, remodeling, maintenance, or handyman services
- Strong carpentry and general repair skills
- Ability to work independently and manage projects in the field
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work safely
- Valid driver's license
