The New Tax Reform: How Will It Affect You and Your Small Business? Lunch and Learn Seminar
In this session, members of the Zinner & Co. tax team, including partners Howard Kass and Brett Neate, will explain some of the elements of the new legislation, how the new law may affect your business and personal taxes, and what action steps a business owner should consider, as a result.

- Discover which three changes represent the greatest departures from what you thought you knew about taxation

Documentation for Export Compliance Seminar
Proper export documentation is imperative to the success of a solid
export program. The lack or inaccuracy of required documentation
can lead to cargo delays, unexpected expenses and penalties. This
seminar will provide an understanding of documentary and regulatory
requirements and recommendations pertaining to common export
documents, transportation documents, export compliance documents,
certificates of origin, other certificates for shipments of specific goods,
other export-related documents.
This hands-on seminar is intended to develop a working knowledge
of export documentation for export transactions and related activities
including export licenses/applications and required supporting forms,
certifications and other information, export shipping, item classification,
customer screening and required recordkeeping.
