Event Description:
QuickBooks is a popular and powerful accounting software that fulfills the bookkeeping needs of small businesses. This hands-on course introduces some new topics and further expands on the skills covered in QuickBooks for Beginners I that is offered on May 11, 2017. In this workshop, you will learn beyond the basics as you master QuickBooks' more advanced features and applications. Topics included in this workshop are:

1. How to do: journal entries, adjustments, chart of accounts, items (payroll, price levels, billing rates), taxes, budgets, reminders/to do lists/alerts, administrative tasks, year end procedures.
2. Employees: time tracking, projects/billing rates, payroll, taxes.
3. Reporting and Other Communications.
 
Recommended Prerequisite: A basic understanding of QuickBooks or QuickBooks for Beginners I Workshop taking place on May 11, 2017. Separate registration required.  This is a 'hands-on' class and laptop computers with QuickBooks software installed will be provided for use in this workshop. This class is for those using the desktop versions of QuickBooks for Windows (Pro, Premier and Enterprise), NOT the Online or Mac versions.
